Televisions that use the old cathode ray picture tubes must be disposed of by the owner . The State of Delaware Solid Waste Disposal units will not accept them from any business for recycling but is more than willing to accept them in the landfills as trash. I won't do that except as a last resort. I recommend that people contact DSWA for collection times and the local l recycling unit.
